Consider that your reservation has been confirmed if you book via our website, call center, or consolidators and you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your reservation to ensure that you have agreed to all our terms and conditions.

To protect us all from the deadly COVID-19 virus, please follow all the preventive and precautionary measures recommended by the health authorities and the government.

If you think you have any symptoms or you've been close to someone who has COVID-19 virus symptoms, please let us know about your condition over the phone in order to keep our drivers safe from exposure to the virus.

Due to the unpredictable circumstance created by the COVID-19 pandemic, we may request you to bring your vehicle to the compound in some events and we will organize a vehicle to transport you to and from the airport.

Please note that Parking Luton Airport is incapable to issue any refunds in case of any cancelation of reservations because of disruption to the business caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our system will create a user account automatically when you make a reservation on our website, call center, or just by using our service. You will be able to edit your personal information and vehicle details via this account.

We expect that our staff is treated respectably and any offenses against our workers, including verbal abuses, will be taken seriously.

It is our responsibility to make every effort to collect and deliver the vehicle at the requested time but we do not accept any assurance for delays of its services caused as a result of situations beyond our control, such as disrupted flights, traffic jams, security alerts, and weather condition, etc.

The customer must confirm that there's sufficient time for us to drop the vehicle. Please make sure to leave at least 3.5 hours from the flight takeoff time.

If you've made a reservation within the last 8 hours of your travel time, then please ensure to give us a call one hour before the time of arrival. In the event, if you don't call one hour before the arrival time, there are chances that the driver could get deferred to pick your vehicle.

The customer must guarantee that vehicle has a roadworthy condition, holds a current MOT, Road Tax, and license to comply with the Road Traffic Act 1988 before handing over the vehicle.
